OAAA Town Halls
OAAA Town Halls are community-centered forums that bring residents, leaders, and stakeholders together to discuss issues impacting the Black community across New Mexico. These events provide a platform for open dialogue, resource sharing, and collaborative problem-solving.
Town Halls are essential for ensuring community voices are heard, strengthening relationships, and informing OAAA's programs, partnerships, and policy priorities based on real community needs.
Candidate Forums
Candidate Forums are community-centered events hosted by OAAA that provide a platform for political candidates to engage directly with the public on issues impacting the Black community across New Mexico. These forums create space for open dialogue, informed discussion, and increased transparency around candidates' positions and priorities.
By connecting voters with candidates, Candidate Forums help promote civic awareness, encourage informed decision-making, and strengthen community participation in the democratic process.
