Pillars
OAAA's Adult Learning initiatives are focused on empowering individuals at every stage of life to continue their education, gain new skills, and improve their economic mobility. Whether completing a high school equivalency, gaining digital literacy, or pursuing continuing education, these programs meet individuals where they are.
Adult learning is especially important in strengthening families and communities, as it creates second chances, increases earning potential, and helps close long-standing educational and economic gaps within the Black community.
