Ezra is an artist, educator, community coordinator, and entrepreneur whose work is grounded in creativity, collaboration, and community empowerment. He holds a B.A. in Creative Arts Technology & Music from Bloomfield College at Montclair State University and has built an impressive international and regional portfolio, contributing to communities in the NYC/NJ metropolitan area, Los Angeles, Kigali (Rwanda), and Albuquerque, where he has lived since 2018. Ezra has spent recent years working directly within New Mexico public arts education, gaining firsthand experience with students, families, and community partners. His passion for community building along with his creative approach to engagement positions him to play a key role in strengthening connections and expanding opportunities for Black, Afro, and African American New Mexicans.
