Presented by NMHU FVSSW Center for Excellence in Social Work, Student Advocacy and Action(SANA) consists of a series of virtual events leading up to an in-person day at the New Mexico Legislature (Roundhouse).
This is an opportunity for social work students statewide to learn how to plan for, follow, and engage with the legislative session. Past and forth coming social work legislation will be discussed. Students will expand their knowledge about both advocacy and applying their support of issues of significance tot hem into action.
