Resource Counselor: Suicide Prevention (Short Term)

This is a two-year, grant funded position to oversee, design, implement, maintain, and support evaluation of the Suicide Prevention Program that will directly impact personal well-being and academic success of students at Albuquerque Public Schools. The main project activities are: 1) Developing youth groups at 22 middle and high schools 2) Supporting school staff at each location in training youth in suicide prevention 3) working closely with evaluators to collect, analyze, and report out data. Incumbent will coordinate assigned grants/programs within the Counseling Department (including but not limited to budget formulation and execution, deliverables, materials, services, and other supports).
